Children's Choir Training
Our program endeavors to enrich the lives of children and youth from all religious, racial, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our activities help singers grow personally and socially by promoting their own self-esteem, accomplishment and pride.
OUR GOALS:
Provide a leveled educational experience allowing each singer to grow at
his/her own pace
Expose children and youth to the music of other cultures and societies
Foster personal, musical and social growth
Promote a sense of self-worth, accomplishment and pride
Provide a supplemental music experience for students who enjoy and want to excel in vocal music
Foster a life-long appreciation of, and participation in, the choral art
Provide significant, worthwhile and beautiful choral performances for the Greater Akron community…and beyond
